The first OTOP Philippines Hub in La Union was launched December 18, 2019 in the Municipality of Bacnotan, La Union.

Assistant Secretary Demphna Du-Naga graced the event to deliver an inspiring message for MSMEs. Also in attendance and support are DTI Ilocos Regional Director Grace Falgui Baluyan, La Union OIC Provincial Director Merlie Membrere, Provincial Information and Tourism Officer Adamor Dagang – representing the office of Governor Francisco Emmanuel Ortega III; Bacnotan Municipality Mayor Francisco Fontanilla and Ms. Divine Fontanilla, and Architect Cesar Ocampo Jr. The program concluded with the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the DTI and Mr. Ocampo.

Our 32nd OTOP Philippines Hub is located at the La Union River Farm Seafood Restaurant, Bacnotan, La Union.
